Kepha is in the midst of a huge effort to start and grow new chapters, expand outreach and find fathers and sons who want to participate in Dynamic Orthodoxy, Infectious Joy and are looking for qualified people who are interested in becoming a Kepha Development Executive (KDE) to help us accomplish these goals. 

A Kepha Development Executive will work closely with Kepha's National Leadership to initiate and maintain projects that will raise money for Kepha for a commission.  Interested and self-motivated individuals could earn good money and help a good cause. 

KDE's will receive support and motivation, access to promotional materials and seed opportunities for outreach and a commission off of everything they raise.  The more you raise for Kepha, the more you take home. 

All fundraising projects would have to be approved by Kepha, but essentially the sky is the limit.
